Favicon generator: every size from one image
Drop in your logo and get favicon.ico, every PNG size, the Apple and Android icons, and the HTML to paste. It runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.

How it works
- Drop in your logo or any square-ish image. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.
- Pick a background, padding and shape. The previews update as you go, including how it looks in a browser tab.
- Download the ZIP, put the files in your site’s
public/folder (or wherever your static files live), and paste the HTML into your<head>.
Questions
Is my image uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser. Your image never leaves your computer.
Which files do I get?
favicon.ico (16, 32 and 48 px inside), PNGs at 16, 32 and 48 px, apple-touch-icon.png (180 px) for iPhone home screens, 192 and 512 px icons for Android, a site.webmanifest, and the HTML to paste.
Where do the files go in a Next.js, Vite or Astro project?
Put them in the public/ folder, so they’re served from the root of your site. Then add the HTML lines to your page’s <head>, or ask your AI coding agent to do it.
My favicon doesn’t change after I update it. Why?
Browsers keep favicons for a long time. Do a hard refresh, open the site in a private window, or close and reopen the tab.
What image size should I start with?
At least 512×512 pixels, or an SVG. Smaller images still work but look soft on large icons.
